Create a Voting Room
The group admin registers and creates a new voting room. They set the election positions (Chairman, Vice Chairman, etc.), add all group members (manually or by uploading a file), and define the timeline: proposal period (up to 2 days) and voting period (up to 3 days).

Nomination Phase
During the set time, any member can propose up to 3 people per position. The system automatically selects the top 2 (or 3 if there's a tie) most-nominated candidates for each role. Everyone can see real-time proposal counts.

Voting Phase
All verified members vote for one candidate per position. Votes are anonymous but secure (one vote per person). Real-time results (counts and percentages) are visible to everyone. 30-minute reminder notifications appear as voting time nears the end.

Results and Cleanup
When voting ends, final results are shown for 24 hours. Anyone can download a report with votes and percentages. After 6 days from room creation, all data is automatically and permanently deleted for privacy.
