• Voting choices and nominations (stored temporarily)

Your information is used solely to:

• Verify that only authorized group members can participate
• Display participant names during nomination and voting phases
• Record votes securely and anonymously
• Generate election results

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.

3. Data Storage & Automatic Deletion

All data related to a voting room (including names, phone numbers, votes, and results) is automatically and permanently deleted after 6 days from the room's creation date.

No backups are kept. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

4. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal information to any third parties. Your data stays within the SimuVote system only for the duration of the election.

5. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices:

• Password hashing
• Secure session management
• Protected database access
• Phone number validation against admin-approved list

6. Children's Privacy

SimuVote is intended for use by groups of all ages, but voter registration requires a valid phone number. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the platform.
